Code of Conduct for the Global Summit Events Community

At the Global Summit Events Group, we strive to create a community that operates on the principles of being better together, mutual respect, seeking mutual understanding, inspiring each other to greater success, personal responsibility, emotional regulation, personal growth, growth mindset, and greater understanding of the process of self-awareness. To achieve this, we expect all participants to abide by the following code of conduct:

We expect all participants to treat each other with respect, dignity, and consideration regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other characteristic. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

We encourage all participants to actively listen to and engage with different perspectives, opinions, and experiences. We acknowledge that we all have different backgrounds and beliefs, and we seek to understand and learn from each other.

We strive to create an environment that encourages growth, creativity, and innovation. We will support and inspire each other to reach our full potential. We will only share successes and ideas for the betterment of the group and not for personal gain or commercial purposes.

We expect all participants to take personal responsibility for their actions, behavior, and words. We will not tolerate any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

We encourage all participants to be aware of their emotions and practice emotional regulation. We will not tolerate any form of emotional manipulation or abuse. 

We encourage all participants to prioritize personal growth and development. We will provide opportunities for personal and professional growth and encourage participants to take advantage of them. 

We embrace a growth mindset and believe that we can all learn, improve, and succeed. We will support each other in our endeavors and celebrate each other's successes. 

 We encourage all participants to develop self-awareness and reflect on their actions, behavior, and words. We will provide opportunities for self-reflection and encourage participants to engage in them. 

We seek to maintain an environment that is purpose-driven and supports the achievement of both personal and group goals. We will work together to identify and pursue common goals and support each other in achieving them.

Members refrain from making unsolicited sales pitches or promotional posts within the community with the exception of seeking mutual support and request for feedback. We value authentic engagement and encourage members to focus on building relationships and fostering meaningful connections.

Violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warning, suspension, or expulsion from the Global Summit Events Group. We reserve the right to modify this code of conduct as necessary to ensure the safety, well-being, and success of all participants.       

Members agree not to offer medical advice within the community. We recognize that providing medical advice requires specialized training and qualifications that are beyond the scope of our coaching program. Instead, we encourage members to refer individuals seeking medical guidance to appropriate healthcare professionals.

Each individual's progress and success may vary depending on various factors, including personal effort, dedication, and external circumstances. We encourage you to approach coaching with realistic expectations and a willingness to take action.
5. Personal Boundaries: Our coaches maintain professional boundaries in their interactions with clients. They will not engage in any inappropriate, discriminatory, or unethical conduct. If you have any concerns regarding the coaching relationship or encounter any behavior that violates these boundaries, we encourage you to report it to the community administrators or moderators.
